Legal basis:

Findia processes your personal data using security measures required by Polish law and in compliance with the applicable data protection laws. Findia processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and Polish legal acts implementing the above Regulation.

Customers’ personal data and their use:

Findia processes your voluntarily provided personal data:

1. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish or develop the wording of insurance contracts, to modify or terminate such contracts and to properly perform services, in particular for the purpose of:
   1. preparing and presenting insurance proposals and, if applicable, concluding and performing an insurance contracts,
2. to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent expressed by newsletter subscribers.

Intermediaries’ personal data and their use:

Findia processes your voluntarily provided personal data:

1. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish or develop the wording of contracts/understandings, to modify or terminate such contracts/understandings and to properly perform services, in particular for the purpose of:
   1. preparing and presenting insurance proposals and, if applicable, concluding and performing an insurance contracts,
   2. providing access to an insurance support system,
   3. settlements of commission fees,
2. to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent expressed by newsletter subscribers.

Findia will send solicited informational, promotional and offer notifications to your e-mail address upon obtaining your consent.

Data security:

Data are stored on secure servers. The transfer of personal data and the authorization process, if any, is carried out by means of a secure SSL protocol. The processing of your personal data in Findia is carried out exclusively by Findia's authorised employees or contractors bound by personal data processing agreements that oblige them to apply GDPR-compliant privacy policies. Personal data are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorised persons.

Rights of data subjects:

Findia ensures that you may exercise the rights resulting from the above laws and regulations, in particular: your right of access to your data, the right to correct and erase your data, and the right to object in cases specified by law. Findia enables you to request the alteration, modification or erasure of your data, by:
